The option to buy more data has disappeared

Hello, I have a 25gb plan. I’m abroad and due to unforeseen circumstances (hospital) it has become an extended stay. I’ve spent all 25gb and have purchased a 10gb addon. Which is now also running out.
However when trying to buy more the option is now gone. The app shows “no add ons available in this category right now”. On the website it’s just not appearing either. I have 6 days remaining until a refresh. I’m gonna need more data to be in the hospital as well as the airport potentially.
Please help and advise

@Wouter   try http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status at the top of that page you can change it to purchase.     Are you on contract or PAYG ?  If you’re on PAYG there is a 25Gb per month FUP when on a roaming network.  It’s 50Gb per month for contract customers.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’m on a contract. Using that link and switching to “buy data” at the top right I still don’t get any option to buy data. What does FUP stand for?

@Wouter is there no wifi in the hospital that you can connect to, same goes for anywhere else where you may be? Most places have wifi that you can connect to and use.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

No unfortunately not.
