I’ve contacted EE customer service because my Mobile data is very slow so they asked me to do speed test 3 times within 72 hours which I’ve done it before and they asked me to do it again. I find that they are useless and don’t know what they are doing, my Data has been on 4G for a month and nothing has been resolved. I find this that they just after commission and money making.
nothing has been done and no improvement, don’t understand why EE exist. Very useless customer service.

Well, all networks have their problems at times, and if customers do not report the problem, then they will persist and depending on the problem, depends how long it will take to get it sorted.
What is wrong with 4G? Nothing, I have been in areas where there is only 4G, and still have good speeds and can use data.

@Shabzzy786 Are you on contract or PAYG ? Do you have any other apps running in the background? Have you forced closed all apps ? Have you restarted the device? Have used the like provided by @Schockwave to see if there’s a network issue in your area ( you need to click the check status tab )

Can you quantify what speeds you're achieving, that you describe as "very slow"?
