I’ve contacted EE customer service because my Mobile data is very slow so they asked me to do speed test 3 times within 72 hours which I’ve done it before and they asked me to do it again. I find that they are useless and don’t know what they are doing, my Data has been on 4G for a month and nothing has been resolved. I find this that they just after commission and money making.
nothing has been done and no improvement, don’t understand why EE exist. Very useless customer service.

The speeds you've quoted are slower than a lot of theoretical maximums, and are unlikely to win any speedtest contests, but they're quite usable for most common purposes including HD video streaming.
Out of interest, have you previously had higher speeds in the same location(s)?
