Hello 

Smb cancelled my number 

and I have no signal , I can’t call

Thanks for coming here. 

Is the SIM card on pay as you go or pay monthly? 

Did you request the SIM to be cancelled?

I payed for it every month I bought voucher and topped up every month 
I don’t know why my number is cancelled, I didn’t request for it

I used yesterday last time my number

when I try to call smb - I can’t because I have no signal 

last time I topped up on 23/12/2022

I had massage from 150 that my number is cancelled
