Re: slow internet speed on mobile

Hello, 

EE user with unlimited data plan. My internet speed is terrible, this has only occurred in the last couple of months, I can be on 5G and videos barely load. 

Is there an issue with the network at the moment or? 

iPhone 14 Pro. 

advise would be appreciated

Could you check your postcode on our network status checker please? It will let you report a problem, if we're not already aware of one in your area.

The main area of issue is whilst at work, which is in the centre of Leeds city. 
I’ll have a nosey on your network checker. 

just done a speed test and the results are as below.  Post code LS1 4EE

EE are the biggest fraudsters in UK

If you are on a cheap plan then EE have a CAP on your data speed to get you on there expensive plan

I don’t follow, are you asking me to put this SIM card into a different device? 

I can’t change what browser/server apps use….

Did you purchase your iPhone 14 from EE (upgrade / new connection) or did you get it from elsewhere?
