Mobile internet is not working

Could you please advise, why mobile internet is not working? I have available data of 200 gb, phone calls and sms is working fine though.

Resolved! Unlimited Data.

I have a 30day unlimited data contract. But when I review the MyEE app Data Usage Tab it show I have used xxGB ( where xx is the amount of data used) out of 100GB. Why is this if I have paid for an unlimited contact?  Thank you.

Data abroad

My contract started in June 2021 so as far as I was aware I could roam with my data, I’ve just received a text from ee on the boat to Spain saying I need to but a data plan. What’s the score ?
