Phone only showing LTE not 4G, can't turn on mobile hotspot

For the past couple weeks my iphone has only been showing LTE when I put on my data, and I've since been unable to turn on hotspot too, I assume they're related. I have more than enough data so that's not the problem, hotspot isn't even showing up in settings. I got this iphone 14 pro in December and 4G and hotspotting had been working fine until now.

@vsten LTE is 4G,  have you tried a network reset in the device?

Yes I have and it didn't do anything, these screenshots were taken after I'd already tried it

That's the icon for my do not disturb/focus

@vsten  Out of curiosity have you tried switching that focus off ?

Yes, it isn't normally on anyway

What has it shown when mobile data isn't enabled? And by extension, what is the reason for not leaving it enabled permanently?

Unsure what you mean by this. There's nothing there when I haven't enabled data, and I have wifi at home so there's no reason for me to have it constantly on

@vsten  There’s no reason to turn it off as the device will use WiFi anyway.    

Open mobile services and please post a picture of it
