Have you tried restarting your phone? How long has it been like that for?

Hi Chris,

I have this same issue. My mobile data despite being turned on is not working, and does not show on the top bar of my phone. I have tried turning phone on and off again, tried restarting and tried turning data on and off again many times. I have plenty of data left so should not be an issue of not having enough data. Would value any further input please.

On my notifications it comes n goes been doing it all day yesturday n tuesday
Evening

Ive tried everything turning off mob n turning off wifi n mobile data did updates etc

Have you tried turning mobile data off and on this evening? If it still isn't working after that, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
