Roaming does not work

Bought roaming but unable to use Whatsapp or send messages - bit peeved as unable to contact help from here in Australia - everything is OK using WiFi - can technical please assist or refund!!

Did you activate Roaming and Calling Abroad before you left the UK?

How long have you been abroad?

@WolfTheBest   You purchased an add on you didn’t enable roaming as that’s an account setting that you have enabled and there is no charge for that.    Your add on if it’s what I think it it allows you to use your tariff allowance while there but roaming still has to be enabled on your account for this to work.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I did activate before leaving UK.

10th Jan was when I got an email stating that roaming was set up and I could start using my data.

Apple caused it!
