Inquiry About Weak Mobile Signal in Our Are

I am writing to express my concern regarding the mobile signal strength in our area. Unfortunately, we are experiencing consistently weak or almost non-existent mobile reception. This issue has made it quite challenging to use both mobile calls and internet services effectively.

Could you kindly investigate the signal quality in our location and advise us if there are any measures or plans in place to improve the network coverage? Additionally, if this issue cannot be resolved promptly, would you recommend considering another operator that might provide better coverage in this area? (M345AE)

Does the coverage vary wildly from that predicted by the online coverage tool - https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker ?

Is your issue indoor, outdoor, or a mixture of both? If it's indoors only, WiFi-calling can be an excellent solution.

The website shows full and excellent coverage both indoors and outdoors, but that’s not the case. The signal is very weak and poor, both inside the house and outside.

Depending how localised the pocket of poor coverage is, it may be too granular to show on the coverage map. In these scenarios, often the only solution may be a street-furniture microcell and/or a low-band tech addition to an existing site.

Both those solutions may require build works, which are not always as quick as users would prefer. Ultimately, poor coverage areas occur on all networks from time-to-time.

Are you able to make & receive calls outdoors? If so, WiFi-calling indoors may yet be the answer.
