Same as some other posters on here, I am getting no access to data etc in Singapore. I m on an annual contract and as a frequent traveler pay for the annual data roaming add on which includes. Singapore. I have turned my phone off and on, tried to check my data allowance (looks fine).
please can someone from EE get me online asp.

OK then! There is no annual add on for overseas connections which includes Singapore.
There is the Travel Data Pass. That is sorta permanent but charges you £7.84 every day you use (up to 150MB) data there. Is that what you have?

No wonder! It's not surprising as you only get 150MB a day. 150MB is peanuts! When you run out you have to wait until the next day to get more.
