Hi I have a data only sim in a TP link MR6400- for the first 2 months it has worked ok- but for the past month it has being getting slower and slower and now it

struggles to connect- the router shows 2-3 bars and EE reckon they have no issues in the area.

i have reset router and still the same.
Is there anything else I can try?

Do you have an EE mobile, and if so - does that have similar problems?

 

Failing that, do you know any friends or relatives in the area who use EE and could test their data for you?

Hi thanks for your reply- no I’m on o2 mobile and that has always being
terrible here- I have a friend who is close and they have a similar issue.

If multiple EE users in the same area are having the same problems, that's good evidence of a network issue.

 

The online coverage tool has a "report a problem" link that lets you submit all the details for further checks.

 

I'd recommend all affected users complete that.
