During a chat conversation to upgrade I was told 100gb of data but when I checked my account only has a plan for 40gb, tried to ring hanging on for 20
mins!!!

EE should have a Transcript Copy of the Chat Conversation for the record. so you could go back on Chat again, but personally I would be doing what you are trying to do and ring Cs and speak to a real person in order to resolve.

@1chele : Look in your Extras & Add-ons to see if the extra 60GB is there.
