Hi,
My son is in canada for a week. I can't seem to activate his roaming despite him sending a message to 150. He can't access his WhatsApp messages. Being autistic he is having a bit of a melt down. What can I do?

Like @XRaySpeX mentioned, if this hasn't worked via text or he's already outside of the UK, this will need to be activated on the account at our end.
If you're the main account holder then you should be able to give us a ring, and we can get this double checked 😊

Did he text ROAMING to 150 from the UK?
Otherwise if he is on contract he needs to call CS to get his roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. using a web-calling app over WiFi.
