Hello,
My phone switches from 4G to 3G which causes my speed to slow down, and this happens randomly during the day. Then out of nowhere it jumps back to 4G VoLTE.
I've just started having this problem and I'm unsure if this is to do with Android 13 or my sim card. I have reset my network settings and normal settings to no success.
Plus people don't sound amazing when on 3G, I'd rather use VoLTE.
My device is HONOR Magic4 Lite 5G.

Hi @Jank0x
Perfectly normal depending on your signal quality.
Thanks

Yeah, but here's the problem the 4G coverage is perfect near mine.
Even in rural areas I get 4G/5G coverage mainly even with low coverage.

Hi @Jank0x
If you've updated your firmware try clearing the cache and restarting.
You can also consider a factory reset.
It might be worth posting on the Honor forums:

Thanks

What I'll do before a factory reset, I'm going to determine it truly is my mobile device.
Use the sim in a different phone first, although this is guaranteed to fix the issue.
It likely would be a phone fault but it's best to verify first.

Is this a recent problem?
