My data is only working on something’s but not everything. What could this be

when on data and not Wi-Fi, not everything will open up on my phone. So I can open emails but not links from emails & some apps won’t open up either but some will. I’ve made sure that all are set to be used on data but they’re just not opening. How could this be?

It could be Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.
