Mobile internet speed

Hi!

In most internet resources EE is crowned as the best-speed mobile internet. But when I ran a speedtest .com on my mobile phone my result was 25 Mbps. What resources do I need to use for the test? And what is the best or average speed you have?? Thanks for the answers.
