I haven't been able to gift data to my daughters account for 2 months. There is no option to do this anymore on the myEE App and when I try to do it on the website, I select the option gift data and it just takes me back to my account view. Trying to get through on the phone now, text service was awful and did not work. Can't believe how bad the customer services are now. Definitely considering changing network now.
