Mobile Data suddenly all gone, App not working and neither is website

Both myself and son got a warning we had used all our data today, which rarely happens this time of the month.

Also I would gift data from a third phone on the account but the app and the website both are not working today.

I can login but the "manage" option is offline. Any idea when it might be fixed?

I would recommend reporting this to technical care. 

The team can be contacted by calling 150 from your EE handset.

Welcome to the community. 

Do you get the same error on both the app and the website?

I have checked and can access my app OK.

Still no solution on the website or App, but 150 were at least able to help spreading (gifting) data between numbers.

Did they have a look at what was happening with the app for you?

Have you tried to delete the app and install it again to see if that helps?

Yes I have tried deleting the app. But no they didn’t look into or suggest a solution for the website or app not working

It may be worth speaking to them again @DMaple

If the app and website isn't letting you in, and you've tried deleting and reinstalling, it would point to it being something in the background or on your account.

They'll be able to run a diagnostic and if they cannot get it working, raise a fault ticket for investigation.
