Help - I dont have the option to gift data anymore

I have tried on both the website and the app but the option seems to have disappeared? 

I have also deleted & reinstalled the app

Neither do I 🤷‍♀️ did the same uninstalled and reinstalled app still not there

It should be on the main home screen when you log in. Are you able to gift through the My EE Desktop site?
