Gifted data disappearing

Every time I receive gifted data it disappears even though I haven't used that amount of data.  Seems a big con to me

@Duckgirl  It’ll only disappear when the billing cycle starts again,   It doesn’t remain until used. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
