Data Gifting

It says I have 120GB of data I can gift. When I go to gift it, it shows 99.5GB out of 100GB available. This is at 7am on the day my allowance resets so I have used 0GB at the time (other than what is needed to log into the EE website) This is every single month. 

Is the allowance 120GB 100GB or 99.5GB?

@Lyndsey81cooper  It should be 120Gb of the first 120Gb of your unlimited allowance.    The app can only show how it’s been developed to show what can be gifted, so if it’s not been developed to show 120Gb of gift-able data it’ll not show that and I’ll show 100Gb.  ( guessing at that though) 

what does texting BLANCE to 150 report back ?

You've been given some great information from our forum members already I see, but it does look like your app is showing some confusing information. I have fed back the  to be investigated. 
In the mean time I'd just like to explain where some of those numbers come from- 

If you're on an unlimited data plan, you can gift up to 120GB of data every month.
It used to be only 100GB, which is where that figure shows. It appears hasn't updated for you, as @Chris_B has pointed out. 

For non-unlimited users, you can gift anything except for the last 500mb of your own allowance. So for a 20GB plan, you could gift maximum 19.5GB, or 100GB plan up to 99.5GB etc. 

The screenshot is great example of the glitches, which the team will look into.
