Cancelling a data add on

Hi
I ran out of data last month so thought I'd get an add on for that month only. I'm looking at my bill and I've been charged this month for the add on aswell. How do I cancel this add on, I've tried on app, desktop and sent STOP UNLIMTED ADD-ON to 150 but still nothing. HELP PLZ!

Tried that still nothing, looks like I'm gonna have to call up 😢
