Hello,
I am interested in data about EEs rollout of first generation 4G in the United kingdom (starting in 2012).
Is there a list or dataset available that contains the switch on dates for each city/area code? That would be very helpful.
This data is going to be used for research purposes only of course.
Kind regards
Henrik

No such data exists in the public domain, EE would regard that as confidential.
Also I'm not sure what you refer to as "first generation" 4G? The LTE services first launched in 2012 uses the exact same technology as 4G service currently.

Thanks for your reply.
Do you know if the switch on of 4G in a certain area would have caused internet problems in that area? For example on the day of the switch-on?

Additional 4G carriers are activated on sites across EE's network most days, it's a BAU ongoing activity.
