New SIM today and ee seems to blocking access to sites/services that they have no reason to, even this community website, why is this? I’ve had to use a different network to access their own forum, amongst others, because I can’t access it on my ee sim.
What’s the fix for this because the restrictions are well over the top and makes the data service pretty useless?

Sounds like you have content lock enabled. Details, and instructions on removal, are at https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/safety-and-security/content-lock/switching-content-lock-on-or-off

I got it took off in case that was the issue but it’s still a problem. Had a content lock on my old 3 network account and never had the trouble. Maybe it will take a day to remove completely but don’t know why they would be blocking sites like basic forums, including this one.

That sounds very unusual. I would recommend speaking to our Technical Support team so they can check everything from our side.

EE seem to be blocking various devices - Such as Mining hardware like Goldshell Mini Doge compute ASICs.
I don't see why they would block something so miner on their network.
Will be returning to Three...
