Data usage profile

I'm not sure why I need to use this forum to get an answer.

EE should have a direct contact method with their customers

But I can't be bothered to keep looking for a better way to contact them so here goes.

I would like to have my data usage profile so that I know which activities are using data. This doesn't seem to be available on my  EE account despite all their claims about how good their new billing information is. The website seems to give exactly what the old, static, paper bills etc used to give only less easy to track down what you actually want.

Can anyone help pelase?

EE do have a direct contact method by phoning CS.

However EE have no idea which of your device's activities are using their data. For that you should be looking at your device's Data Usage reports. You can sync its reporting period with your EE billing period.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Tina2304  you have a set allowance of data how you use that data is up to you and your device tracks what you use that data on and EE doesn’t do that as to them it’s just data usage.   Can you imagine just how long a list could be if EE did report back what you use data on.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you to you and those others who have asked in a similar vein.

I don’t want EE to tell me which apps etc I’ve used data on. Just a profile of how much data I’ve used on a daily (or more frequent) basis.
