Why won’t my data work on certain apps

@Jfawc007   If they are social media apps you need to have content lock removed.  In order to do this you need to call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token to have the block removed or you need to go to an EE store with phone ID to make the request there. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

That should say “PHOTO ID” not phone ID.  Sorry
