Myself and partner both have an iPhone 14, my partner can turn mobile data on and off from the Home Screen. When I try to do it I can turn it on from the home screen but to turn it off I have to go into the settings in the mobile data and turn it off...
Broadband still down
1 week now without any Internet connection 3 separate times engineers have come out and yet still not been fixed. Smart hub still yellow light. Had no updates when it will be fixed just been left in the dark as usual

Top Up has vanished from my account
I topped up my phone by £10 yesterday morning, didn't use it all day and then when I did try to make a call late afternoon I was told I had 10p in my account, not enough to make a call with. Anyone else experience this? Thanks
