What a way of ripping off customers who has been loyal to you for these years all for to be disappointed by the abysmal speeds costing me nearly £200 per month which is absolutely diabolical,

@Mikeyevans_2003  You’ve not been guaranteed to speed over mobile network.    You might not be aware but buildings have a significant impact on a cellular network.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

And they say “oh you can game on our best network” oh really try and play Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Multiplayer and comeback to me that’s really not it why advertise your products for it to work poorly

But like why claim and boast about the network being “reliable” for gaming when it keeps on lagging a lot? Make it make sense

There is absolutely no buildings by me at all whatsoever just houses 

Have successfully done so on multiple occasions while moving house and waiting on Broadband Installation.

Not an ideal connection vs fixed-line broadband, but more than serviceable.

Speed isn't the key aspect for online gaming.
