Data gifting does not work again.

So every time I click 'gift data' the icon just spins and reloads the same page up. Over and over and over, round and round and round.

I feel like almost every month there is some kind of problem gifting data on the website, amd the app.... just doesn't work at all!

Has anybody got a way around this?

Are you seeing any error messages or does it just loop back to the start?

I have an essentials plan, and the plan I'm trying to gift to is a No
Frills, which I've today read you can't gift to - yet we've not had a
problem until now. Been gifting to my wife's phone monthly for 3 years!

That's right @Donkey391, No Frills plans are excluded from data gifting.
