I really want to leave EE, my contract is finished but I am not able to get the PAC code. I have been texting for more than one month the 65075 but it always responds that is not able to process the request, that I need. I have been calling 150, 07953966150, 07953966250, 08000798586 for the past 2 days, but those numbers don't work they just remain silent. I called someone else just to check if it was something wrong with my phone, but it seemed fine, I tried to call from my wife's phone and same result.
In the app they just tell you the steps that I did. Next step to go to a store that now you need an appointment.
Very expensive and awful service!

Not sure why texting PAC to 65075 is not working, but the reason you are not getting anywhere with contacting customer service, is because there has been an outage since yesterday and they are trying to fix it. It is a network issue which seems to have affected other networks as well.

@AntonioMarcos , 150 is now working, at least for me, have just tried it.
