Unusually high calls demand

Does anyone know the time  that EE doesn’t  have unusually high calls? Iit’s not unusual as the last 3 times I’ve called it states “unusually high call demand” 路‍

I have had no data on my phone this month. I have nothing unless I'm logged on to our data box . I am unable to use my phone outside of my home. I have tried turning phone on and off several times.

Can no longer gift data

Hi I have an account with mine and my 2 children’s numbers on which I have gifted data to for years. My son and I have recently got new iPhones through the account but I can no longer gift data to him? I don’t know why? Anyone have any suggestions?
