I wanted to check my credit since an hour ago but I’m still trying… could you pls tell me how can I see my credit and why you put your advertisement after any update? pls understand that we have phone and if we want to buy a new phone airpod or every other device we will browse it in your store

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Are you on a contract or pay as you go? Are you trying to take out a new contract?

I can’t check the balance in the ee app because its setting has changed. I wanted to get a new internet package but I don’t know where can I find its option.. sry my English is not well enough. Could you please just return me back to “pay as you go”? I don’t want to be on a contract.. thank you in advance..
