Been trying to gift data for over a week now, when you click the option to gift, the screen turns grey and doesn’t move?

Same problem 

I only use the app, as it was easy to use. Are ee trying to make it hard to remove a feature? 


so now we have to stop using an app?

We don't want you to have any issues gifting data, so I'm sorry to see this is happening. Can you please make sure your app has the latest update, and if this doesn't help, try deleting and reinstalling the app.

If these issues still persist, give our team a call, and they can take a look into this.

I am having the same problem.  Any ideas ?  

This worked for me!  I was onto EE customer service and then read this and resolved the issue.

What's happening when you try and gift data to another number on your account?

Are you seeing any error messages?

Can you try to delete the app and install it again to see if this helps?

Are you able to gift data by logging in to your account through the EE website?
