Data Gifting

Been trying to gift data for over a week now, when you click the option to gift, the screen turns grey and doesn’t move?

Are you still unable to open the app this morning? Did you try logging into the website to gift data as you can gift there as well as the app?

I’m getting very annoyed as I can’t gift data to my family members. Need to move from EE now!!! Disappointed

Can you gift data this morning? If not, do you get an error message? Are the family members all on the same EE pay monthly mobile account?

Hi no we can't seem to gift data to each other me and wife on unlimited essentials plan so wording is misleading where it says that plan u can gift data

If you both have unlimited data you would be unable to transfer data to each other. You could gift data to another eligible plan on the same account if the data gets low. Details can be found in the How to gift mobile data to someone page.
