Hi there. I need to add more data to my mobile but it says its blocked and to contact the account holder. I am the account holder?? I can't seem to remove the block

@GarethStephen1 : Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when it's not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

Have you set yourself as the 'Bill Payer' in your My EE account? It's under the Manage Numbers section.
