I added an ee xbox series x with game pass and ee gamecard but my ee account is still under  that doesn't exist anymore. How will be able to access the game pass and game card if they sent it to my old email? And do they send game pass and game card ...

TNT Sports Ultimate on D+ and EE TV

I’ve got an EE Apple TV 4K.  I notice the Ultimate TNT sports channel on D+ is available in HDR and 5.1 surround whereas the EE TV app version is 2.0 sound and in SDR.  Am I missing some setting somewhere on the EE TV app?

WiFi Pro Booster not getting a signal

I’m stumped with this. According to the EE app (manage, broadband) both my boosters show as ‘getting no signal’, if I click on them, they show as online (confirmed by the aqua light on the boosters) and that devices are connected to them and working....

Has anyone managed to get the Early termination refund ?
