I am in Spain and all of a sudden my phone stopped connecting to 4g and I have no data. I am on an EE Flex plan. There is no 4g icon on the network indicator.
The My EE page says I have nothing remaining on my account (data, calls or minutes), despite me using only half of my allowance. It asks me to renew my plan, which I did, and yet the message still appears and I have no Internet access.
What could be the matter? I have wasted £20 on this now.

Could you try manually connecting to another available network please?

This issue resolved itself a few hours after I bought an additional 500MB of data, but not sure my original plan is still in effect.

You can text BALANCE to 150, to find out details on your plan.
