I have bought a subscription pack for my phone with 5G data but it’s showing 0 data on my phone

The My EE app is not reporting your allowance correctly and the numerous threads on this subject in this forum suggest that this has been the case for about 3 weeks now.

Pending a fix, you can always text AL to 150 and you'll get a text back with the information you want.
