I have a small broadband wifi box which was sold to me with unlimited usage .It is only used to get the internet on my computer and tv catch up. I was told this would be £37 PM. My monthly bill is for a mobile phone and has been charged to me as follows.

Start date Sept 23            October 23               Nov 23              Dec  23           Jan  24

                                                     £100                           -£42.76              -£42.76         -£21.29

I hate to think what Feb 24 will bring.

Does EE not just take £37 PM

@Vindilad : What model is this small broadband wifi box?

Do you have a mobile phone as well as it?

Hi  XRaySpex

I have been given   [by EE] a Wifi 4Gee -Router- Pnr6  2.4GHz    5G @£37 PM. But EE do not know how to charge me £37 PM

My computer says my router is metered and my bill says my  phone is unlimited unless I go over a certain usage of which I can buy more.

I do not have an EE mobile Phone and I have not got a Landline.

However I have got a mobile  phone from Tesco which only does phone and Text and is payg This has nothing to do with EE

Thank you Derek Vindilad

It's a mobile device, & billed as such, just not a phone.

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say,  obscuring your mobile no.?
