How to cancel 4g wifi

I am within my 14 days, got device online, was told there was a website to go to to cancel but guide cut out before he could tell me it 

For context this is my 2nd 4g device and I only got my first one on Wednesday both haven’t connected to devices so I’ve decided to cancel

How do I cancel if I've had my contract less than 14 days and signed up online or over the phone?
