data allowance not counting down

my data allowance on a 4gee mobile wifi box is not counting down in the MYEE app, on the first day i used it it went from 100GB to 99.8GB, but used all over the weekend and it still reads the same 99.8GB. So I can't keep track of my usage. Any ideas.
