Can I fit phone sim into Wi-Fi router?

I have an iPhone 13 max pro and looking to work remotely in a caravan by using a mobile 4g router.
I know I can buy a dedicated data only sim but I already have 60 gig of data included with my current phone contract and would like to use that.

Questions;

Can I put the phone sim into the Wi-Fi router and will it connect ok?

Also will I be able to use my phones Wi-Fi capabilities including Wi-Fi calling ?

Any thoughts much appreciated.

thanks

  1. You may put any SIM in any device as long as it fits & the device is not locked to a diff network.
  2. You may use the phone's WiFi capabilities w/out a SIM.
