4GEE mini router

I have a 2 year old 4GEE mini router for my caravan.

Lately the red signal icon is coming on and the the wifi on my phone says 'Connected without internet'

I have tried removing the battery and restarting, tried pushing the reset button within the router and restating but with no success

Any suggestions
