I have been trying to cancel my contract now over 3 weeks because I was firstly miss sold an ee mini wifi box 

had several competitions with 3 ee customer service reps and promised this and that 

After over 4 hours of phone calls and web chats I still can't cancel my contact 

please stay away from this nightmare company and go somewhere else

@deano8393  what are the reasons of why you cannot cancel your contract ?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Did the customer service team agree to cancel the contract free of charge?

hi Chris 

First my wifi box didn't work and the gentleman that sold it to me dean would answer my emails 

I contacted customer services and talked to Karen who tried to give a account number but still my wifi box didn't work 

I again contacted customer services and was talking to martina who discovered I was paying £52 a month for 125gb which was far too much 

she then sent out another sim which I got yesterday and again no signal 

I sent emails to martina but again no reply 

I then spent nearly 2 hours on a Web chat only for that person who I was chatting to completely turn off the chat at 2300hrs

so I want to cancel everything to do with ee and send back my box

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 so that they can look into this further and organise a return, if possible.
