Hi,
I was wondering if anybody had experienced the Smart 4G Hub losing password settings and reverted to factory settings?
All that was done is that it was turned off at the power socket, which surely shouldn't make this happen?
The reset button is not pressed and there is no water ingress or condensation which I have seen on some other posts.
The settings had been saved and were working fine for a couple of weeks.
Should I be asking for a new router?

Is this router working once the details have been reset?

It works with the orignial factory password.
So far it has done this once.
The problem is, it is in a holiday rental, so now I am afraid if I change it, it will revert back again.
This is after I was sent out a faulty router previously which simply did not connect. Not impressed with EE Broadband so far.
Have you had the same issue?
