Resolved! I likely know the answer but WAN IP over 5G?

I have a 5G device with SIM and want to know If I can get a full IPv4 WAN not CGNAT with inbound traffic to me can EE do this? Or is it a big no and is CGNAT only with this type of network?Thanks
