Resolved! Mobile wifi 120gb

My 120gb has almost ran out on 4gee mini wifi. Can I purchase another 120 gb data only that will last 12 months using same sim number or would I have to purchase new one with new number? Need for caravan. Don't want any that run out after 30 days.

I topped up my mobile broadband sim on Monday and the internet is still not working. It’s showing 4G but not loading anything. My current balance is £10 so there should be plenty of data there to use. Anyone know what I need to do?
