Greetings,
I bought the EE 4G mobile wifi a while ago, and am trying to top it up for the first time. I still have the Top-up and Keep me card, but want to top it up online. I remember there was a website which I could log into to check the data, but can't find it. On the back of the device, if I log onto the listed http:// site, it asks for a username and password, but only the password is listed on the device. Any idea the username, or how I can find the site with the data info?
I don't even remember how much I'm supposed to top up with if I take the card to the shop, which is why I'd prefer to do it online.

Yes, it looks like your PAYG SIM has been lost after such long time of non-use.
EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack or add-on.

Quick update, the site popped up when I logged onto the network, but it says "invalid SIM." Is this because it has no credit?

How's long is "a while ago"? When did you last use that SIM to make a chargeable action?

Thanks, one problem though is that I don't know the number to top up with. The SIM itself has a number which would be too long. The top up card also has a number more than what a mobile number would be.
