Wifi on London underground is unbearable

Has something changed on the London underground recently.  I heard that mobile providers are launching 4g but why have things got worse over the last few months.   

A few weeks ago the service went poor and whilst the WiFi was connecting "Internet not available " was displayed at most stations. Now that issue seems to be fixed but now the phone either takes the entire time I'm at the station/stop to connect or just doesn't connect at all.

 

What's going on EE?

Yes I agree it is poor to unusable. 

There is no way of reporting issues with the underground service is to call 150, then i dont think anything happens.
