I have recently purchased a EE mobile broadband but it does not pick up reception very well.when I visited the shop I want the UC deal but could not have cables put in house so had to settle with mobile broadband.The guy said I can easily change over should my property allow it.I have now managed to get permission so visited shop but got given a number to call.I called the number  and he told me I could have super crazy WiFi for £66 a month.I explained I was on UC to which he replied I will need to put your name in a book as I persume wifi broadband is not in my block.I looked on line and it does say I can have Ee broadband.Does  anyone know why I’m put in a book on a waiting list  as the mobile broadband is driving me crazy and my children won’t visit until sorted…..help
